He started with M&T Bank providing supervision for special microfilm projects and COM, then moved on to Datacorp as an operations manager for this COM service bureau. In 1980 he joined Biel's in a sales capacity selling micrographic solutions and in 1996 he started selling strictly electronic digital imaging systems and services. Norm has personally sold over 40 imaging systems throughout New York and Pennsylvania. He began in sales in 1973 and moved in into marketing and sales management in 1980. Dennis has been instrumental in moving Biel's into the digital imaging arena as technology changed from analog imaging (microfilm) to electronic document management. Dennis has an undergraduate degree in economics and an MBA from Washington University (St.Louis) with concentrations in marketing and finance. He has been very involved in AIIM (Association for Information and Image Management) the industry's professional organization. He was co-founder of the Buffalo Chapter, Chairman of the Service Bureau Executive Committee, received its Masters of Information Technology and served on the International Board of Directors.   Ms. Sarah McCann Production Manager smccann@biels.com 716-675-2121 ext. 121       Credentials: Sarah joined Biel's in 2002 after attending college at Clarkson University. She spent a short period of time working in our production department before moving into an administrative position in production. After just one year there Sarah earned a promotion to an assistant managerial position. In the Fall of 2005 Sarah was promoted to production manager. Kelley has an Associates Degree in Design Drafting and earned her CDIA certificate (Certified Document Imaging Architect) while at Biel's. He has also performed duties in networking, database administration, and simple scripting. Carl holds a BS in MIS and Psychology as well as an MBA from Canisius College.
