He has been president of    Stroh & Associates, LLC – an    organizational development consulting and training firm - since 1992 and served as Biel’s consultant on strategic planning, sales and marketing, and human resource issues since 2001. Formerly head of marketing and business development for a New York money-center bank, Michael graduated with an MBA from Canisius College.  His Biel’s responsibilities include strategic marketing and the coordination of customer solutions.  He is involved in the Association for Information and Image Management (“AIIM”) and contributes time to a variety of professional and community groups.

Mr. Robert Dimmer       Marketing Manager      rdimmer@biels.com      716-675-2121 ext. 140     Credentials: Rob joined Biel’s as       Marketing Manager in 2011 after     working for over four years as      Marketing Manager at The Colad       Group, a custom presentation and       promotional packaging company in Buffalo, New York. Rob is responsible for managing sales support, coordinating and implementing marketing strategies, developing various product campaigns, and expanding awareness of the company brand. His work involves development of advertising and email campaigns, coordination of trade shows, designing and maintaining the website and promotional collateral, direct mail, radio advertising, social networking, and administration of the customer management database. A graduate of Canisius College with a BA in Communications, Marketing, and Digital Media, Rob is a nationally published graphic designer and copywriter, and is a member of the Buffalo/Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives along with several other community and professional organizations.

Mr. Salvatore Alfano  Area Manager salfano@biels.com 716-675-2121 ext. 135 Buffalo & Niagara County Credentials: Sal Alfano joined Biel's in 2005 as Marketing Manager and became an Area Manager in 2011. A member of the Association for Information and Image Management, his responsibilities include general area management, as well as the coordination of efforts to meet customer needs for scanning, storing, retrieving, and using document information more accurately, efficiently, and securely.  He presently serves as a board member of the Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives (BNSME). He received a BS in Business Administration from the State University College at Buffalo.

Mr. Paul Jones     Area Manager    pjones@biels.com    585-227-3069    Rochester & Monroe County    Credentials: Paul joined the           Biel’s team as Rochester Area      Manager in 2011 after working for     four years as a Sales Executive at CentriLogic, a provider of cloud computing, managed hosting, and data center solutions. Paul’s responsibilities at Biel’s include business development, customer maintenance, and coordination of services in the Rochester area market.  A 20-year sales management veteran, Paul has built a solid reputation for creating ideas that benefit his customers’ bottom lines. A member of the Association for Information and Image Management (“AIIM”), Paul maintains a broad understanding of various document management and technology applications. A graduate of Miami Dade College and numerous industry training programs, Paul is a resident of Penfield, New York and is active in a variety of community and professional organizations.
